Eric Huff has a solid work experience in the environmental field. Eric started their career in 2000 as a Senior Project Manager at Carter & Burgess, where they managed various ecological consulting projects. Their responsibilities included Section 404 permitting, storm water management, tree surveys, and wildlife-related items. In 2007, they joined VRX, Inc. as the Vice President/Environmental Manager. In this role, they oversaw the development of VRX's environmental group and specialized in ecological projects such as Clean Water Act permitting, storm water management, tree surveys, and wildlife-related tasks. Eric also had expertise in Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESIs, asbestos sampling and abatement, and hazardous material management plans.
Eric Huff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University between 1991 and 1995. Eric then pursued a Master of Science degree in the same field from Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2001. Furthermore, Eric has obtained several certifications including Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) from EnviroCert International, Inc. in May 2019, Certified Arborist from the International Society of Arboriculture in November 2010, and Certified Wildlife Biologist from The Wildlife Society in September 2005.
