Kyle Hill

Kyle Hill has over three decades of experience in engineering and environmental compliance, currently serving as a Senior Engineering-Environmental Specialist at VRX, Inc. since February 2014. In this role, Kyle specializes in Construction Inspection Course Development and oversees environmental compliance for TxDOT projects. Prior to this position, Kyle worked for the Texas Department of Transportation from May 1983 to September 2013 as an Engineering Project Specialist, where responsibilities included serving as the Dallas District Environmental Quality Coordinator and ensuring environmental compliance for all plans and projects within the district, as well as contributing to the TxDOT Statewide EMS Development Team.
