Mark Harmon has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Inspector at VRX, Inc. since February 2018. Prior to this role, Mark Harmon had a long tenure with the Texas Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included Senior Construction Project Inspector and Contract Specialist from May 1987 to August 2017.
