Rich Collins

Rich Collins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rich started their career in 2005 as an Outside Sales representative at Motion Industries, where they underwent an intensive training program and successfully developed sales and house accounts. In 2007, they joined Ohio Steel Industries as an Account Manager, where they focused on growing the contract manufacturing division and securing new opportunities with OEMs and manufacturers. In 2008, Rich became a Franchise Partner at Sunny Street Cafe, where they gained valuable knowledge in operations management, human resources, and marketing. Rich then joined the Air National Guard in 2001 as an Aircraft Hydraulics Systems Technician, deploying worldwide and troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft hydraulic systems. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing at V&S Galvanizing, where they lead sales initiatives, supports a customer base of steel fabricators, and utilizes strong networking and communication skills to open new doors for business.

Rich Collins's education history begins in 2001 when they attended The Ohio State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology in 2005. Following this, in 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Ohio Dominican University, completing their studies in 2011, specializing in Business Administration. In 2012, they participated in the Builder's Exchange of Central Ohio's Rising Leaders Institute program, offered through The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. During this time, they did not specify a field of study. Additionally, in May 2020, they obtained the NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 certification from AMPP Credentials.
