Lara Langweiler

Lara Langweiler is a Human Resources Director at VSAC, where they advocate for students and families in achieving educational goals. With a diverse background in HR and talent management across healthcare, private equity, and nonprofit sectors, Lara previously held roles as a Recruiter at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and HR Coordinator at The RMR Group. Lara also contributed as an HR and Recruiting Specialist at The Michael J. Fox Foundation and completed service as an AmeriCorps member at VHCB. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and Anthropology at the University of Vermont and hold a Master of Science in Human Capital Management from Columbia University.
