Rick Joyner

Rick Joyner is a highly experienced engineering professional with a career spanning several decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at VSCE, Inc. since January 2024, Joyner has also held the position of Principal Engineer at Joyner Engineering and Surveying since June 1996. Prior experience includes roles such as Central Valley Area Manager at Guida Surveying, Inc., Senior Civil Engineer at QK (formerly Quad Knopf), and Project Surveyor at Espinosa Surveying. Joyner's career began as Engineer III (Civil) at Kings County Public Works, with foundational education in General Engineering from the College of the Sequoias and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Fresno State University.
