Trinity Nguyen

Trinity Nguyen has extensive experience in program and project management within the transportation sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Program Management at VSCE, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Trinity held the position of Director of Project Delivery at the Alameda County Transportation Commission from September 2012 to August 2021, overseeing a $3 billion capital program portfolio and managing an annual budget of $200 million for multiple projects. Trinity’s earlier roles include Senior Transportation Engineer at both Caltrans District 4 and at Caltrans, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, procurement, and engineering design across various disciplines. Trinity's career began at Caltrans as a Transportation Engineer, focusing on structures, toll bridge design, and roadway projects. Trinity holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
