Jim Lafond

Jim Lafond is a retired independent director who served on various public company boards, including VSE Corporation, where they were Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee since 2003. Prior to this, they held the position of partner at PwC from 1964 to 2002. Jim has also contributed to WGL Holdings and Washington Gas as an independent director. They earned a Bachelor of Science from American International College and have pursued an MBA and completed an Executive Development Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
