Matt Dunn is the Chief Strategy Officer at VShift, where they partner with senior leaders in financial services, insurance, and healthcare to transform marketing and customer engagement strategies. With nearly 20 years of experience, Matt previously served as the managing director of creative strategy and played key roles in various creative and digital initiatives, including rebranding large organizations and developing new SaaS products. They began their career as a public relations specialist at Swan LLC, supporting high-profile clients. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Hunter College. In their personal life, Matt enjoys cooking, running, and immersing themselves in historical literature.
