With a background in mechanical and civil engineering from Centrale Nantes, Pascal has held various technical and project management roles throughout their career at VSL Asia Pacific and Dragages Hong Kong Ltd. Pascal has expertise in methods and design coordination for bridge construction, particularly in precast segmental and cable stay bridges.
