Johan Brusten

Johan Brusten holds a Master's degree in Science and Chemistry, which laid the foundation for a diverse career in education and local governance. After two years of volunteer teaching in Burundi, they contributed to projects with UNICEF, UNESCO, and the World Bank focused on education and post-war rehabilitation in Rwanda. Over the past eight years, Johan has served in various roles at SNV, concentrating on responsible governance, vocational education, and district capacity building. Currently, as a Volunteer Coordinator at Nibakure Community Village, they continue to leverage their expertise in education and community support.
