Michael Diala

Michael Diala currently serves as the State Project Lead for Project Pink Blue, overseeing the PH Cancer Walk since June 2019, while also leading a team at VSO since November 2017. Michael holds the position of Executive Director and Founder at Team Initiative, from January 2021 to May 2025. Previously, Michael was the On-Campus Programs Director for the Hult Prize Foundation from September 2017 to September 2018 and worked as a Project Manager for ChoiceHub Foundation in mid-2016. In 2016, Michael managed partnerships for the Young Minds ICT project under a Miss Nigeria initiative. Michael's early career included roles as a Campus Representative at Access Bank Plc and Airtel Nigeria, focusing on brand activation and community engagement. Michael began as a Project Director at AIESEC in 2013, advocating for orphans' rights and entrepreneurial skills. Michael is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at the University of Port Harcourt, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same institution.
