Vanguard Software Solutions, Inc. is R&D company with offices in Silicon Valley and St. Petersburg, Russia. Since 1995, we provide quality, efficient end-to-end software solutions. One of the main focus areas is digital video and audio compression technology, where we offer a variety of high-end solutions, including state-of-the-art video codecs, compression libraries, DSP implementations, IP cores and custom development.
