Bora Cotur

Bora Cotur has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Bora began their career as a Software Engineer at Eonas Solutions Corp in 2000, and later worked as a Consultant at Creative Solutions Group II in 2001. Bora then joined Scholastic as a Data Support Analyst III in 2004 and Boone County Circuit Court, Missouri as a Software Developer in 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Computer Information Technology Specialist at the Office of State Courts, Missouri. Starting in 2009, Bora held the position of Software Architect at n-Link and then SAIC, where they served as a Software Systems Architect in the Architecture Office for FSA USDA. In 2014, they became a Senior Architect at the USDA Farm Service Agency and also an Enterprise Architect at JMA Information Technology. Most recently, they are currently working as a Senior Solutions Architect at VSolvit since 2015.

Bora Cotur completed a Dual BS degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in the field of programming. In April 2012, they became an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle. In May 2011, they obtained the GIAC Secure Software Programmer-Java (GSSP-JAVA) certification from GIAC.
