Chuck LaPress

Chuck LaPress has a diverse work experience. Chuck began in 2016 as an Application Developer at Bev Labs, where they created custom voice applications and skills for Amazon Alexa. Chuck then worked as a Python Developer at dmarcian in 2019, where they developed web applications and email testing tools. Currently, Chuck is a Software Engineer II at VSolvit, starting from December 2019.

Chuck LaPress received their education in back-end engineering with a focus on Django web frameworks from The Iron Yard. Chuck completed their studies at The Iron Yard in 2016. In addition to their degree, Chuck has also obtained several certifications. Chuck achieved their certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019. In December 2020, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification from the same institution. Chuck further expanded their credentials by obtaining the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in November 2021. Chuck'slatest certification is the Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer, which they acquired from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2023.
