Dan Bertea

Dan Bertea has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dan started their career at Martin Marietta Corp. Air Traffic Control Division in 1984 as an HR Administrator. From there, they worked at IGM, Inc. as an HR and Payroll Manager for almost a decade. Following that, they worked at Deskclick.com as an HR Manager/Strategic Growth and then at NCS Pearson as a Staffing Specialist on the TSA Project. In 2003, they joined Newegg.com as an HR Manager, where they built the HR department infrastructure from the ground up. Dan then worked at Haas Automation, Inc. as a Corporate Recruiter and at Sabeus as an HR and Payroll Manager. In 2009, they became an HR Manager (Interim) at Consolidated Precision Products and an HR Director at Natren, Inc. until 2014.
