David Powell

David Powell has diverse work experience in various roles. David started their career as an Editor at Bluecat Intl. in September 2012 and worked there until January 2020. During this time, they gained expertise in video editing. From February 2014 to January 2020, they worked as a Video Editor at The Corporate Film Guys, where they collaborated with corporate clients such as Panasonic, Toshiba, and Hoag Hospital. David created videos for product launches, sales presentations, and corporate events. In January 2020, they joined VSolvit as a Cyber Security Analyst, where they specialized in the field of cybersecurity. Currently, they are working as an Information System Security Officer at Sandia National Laboratories, starting from 2022. David's work experience showcases their skills in video editing and their transition into the field of cybersecurity.

David Powell obtained a Master's degree in Cyber Security Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they earned an Associate of (ISC)² certification from (ISC)² in July 2019 and became a Splunk Certified User in November 2019.
