Joseph Laporte

Joseph Laporte has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. Joseph began their career in 2020 at Big Y World Class Market, where they served as an IRT Operations Support. In this role, they were responsible for processing, printing, copying, and distributing jobs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Joseph also monitored data integrity and equipment functionality and maintained communication with associates and vendors. During this time, they also worked as an Information Resources Technology Systems Development Intern, where they completed small projects focused on developing skills in C#, ASP. NET, SQL, and JavaScript.

In 2021, Laporte joined Springfield Technical Community College as an Online Support Representative, providing support to students in online programs. Currently, they are working as a Software Test Engineer at VSolvit, starting in 2022.

Joseph Laporte completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the College of Our Lady of the Elms from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree from Springfield Technical Community College from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Joseph also obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in February 2023.
