Meryani's work experience begins in 2011 as an Assistant Photographer at in'nout studio. In 2013, they worked as a Broker at Mandiri Sekuritas until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Finance Staff at BINUS UNIVERSITY ONLINE LEARNING. In 2016, they joined PT Phoenix Global Indonesia as an Assistant Director, where they supported the director's duties and carried out assigned responsibilities. Meryani also assisted in event management, finance reporting, and sales. Meryani left this role in 2017 and joined PT. Prodigy Infinitech as a Community Manager until 2018. Meryani then worked as a Digital Marketing Executive at INDOFUN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY for a few months. In 2018, they became a Project Supervisor at Mavis Digital until 2019. During this time, they also held the role of Marketing Executive & Community Manager at AKG Games. From 2019 to 2022, they continued their project management career at AKG Games and BOWL Production. In 2022, they joined VSPO as a Project Manager.

Meryani earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from BINUS University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
