Pham Toan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry in Vietnam. Pham started their career at Viettel Group in 2008, where they held positions as a Marketing Research Manager and a Marketing Senior Executive. In 2010, they joined Natcom - Viettel Group as the Director of Sales Marketing. Pham then moved to Viettel Telecom in 2011, serving as the Vice Director in Sales until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Viettel Media as the Deputy Director. Currently, since December 2019, they are working at VSTV - Premium Pay-TV Operator in Vietnam, where they initially held the position of Head of Digital Sales and then transitioned to the role of Head of Advertising in January 2024.
Pham Toan attended Foreign Trade University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics. Pham later attended Canterbury University to pursue an MBA, but no specific start or end dates were provided for this degree.
