Mark Webster

Mark Webster is currently a Research Fellow specializing in Quantum Error Correction at UCL, London, as part of the RoaRQ: Robust and Reliable Quantum Computing programme. Previously, they founded and served as Managing Director of Acacia Immigration, significantly impacting the migration industry in Australia. With a background in strategy and business analysis from Port Jackson Partners, Mark also established vSure, a platform for verifying work rights. They earned an LLB and BSc with Honours from the University of Sydney, followed by a PhD in Quantum Computing from the same institution, where their research produced two published papers. Additionally, Mark held the position of NSW State President at the Migration Institute of Australia, advocating for the migration advice profession.
