Greg Bowman

Greg Bowman, CPP®, is a seasoned security executive with a diverse background in public safety and security management. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Security at the Valley Transportation Authority since 2025, Greg leads initiatives that integrate physical and cyber security to protect the community and its operations. Previously, they managed security at Amazon's Data Centers and held significant roles at Meta and Facebook. Their earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Police for the Rio Vista Police Department and Interim City Manager. Greg is also pursuing a Master's degree in Public Sector Leadership at Saint Mary's College of California.
