Richard Bertalan

Richard Bertalan is the Chief Information Technology Officer at VTA, a position held since 2020. They previously served as Technology Manager at VTA from 2009 to 2020 and as Director of Network Operations at NextG Networks from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Supervising Applications Analyst for the City of San Jose from 1986 to 2007. Richard earned a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University between 1987 and 1997.
