Developed in partnership with VTB Group and the Russian Ministry of Health, VTB Medicine connects international patients with Russia's leading healthcare institutions, providing seamless access to world-class medical expertise.

Chosen by patients from 71 countries, Russia treats over 4.7 million international patients annually across 25+ medical specialisations—including oncology, cardiology, neurosurgery, and traumatology—providing access to highly respected specialists and advanced medical technology.

From initial telemedicine consultations and expert second opinions to coordinating complex treatments and post-therapy rehabilitation, we manage every aspect of the healthcare journey: clinical coordination, transparent pricing, travel logistics, visa support, interpretation, and 24/7 patient assistance.

We ensure comfort and peace of mind at every stage: Clinic documentation verification • Visa and legal support • Flight and accommodation booking • Medical insurance arrangements • Airport transfers with support for passengers with reduced mobility • Personal assistance within the clinic • Concierge services • Excursions and cultural activities for patients and companions • Dedicated coordinator support for up to 3 months post-treatment

Our Approach
- Transparency First: Upfront, all-inclusive cost estimates with no hidden fees—patients know exactly what to expect.
- Expert Access: Direct connections to Russia's leading professors, chief physicians, and multidisciplinary medical teams.
- End-to-End Support: Dedicated coordinators manage every detail from first enquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
- Complete Confidentiality: Secure handling of all medical documentation with absolute privacy.

Seeking medical care abroad shouldn't mean navigating language barriers, uncertain costs, or logistical challenges alone. We transform complexity into clarity, connecting patients worldwide with Russia's medical excellence.
