Jim Holmes has a vast experience in software engineering and architecture, with a focus on developing telephony platforms, VoIP systems, and call center software. Jim has held various roles in companies such as CSD, Convergys, Intervoice/S1/Edify, and Edify Corporation. In addition to their technical expertise, Jim has also led on-site installations of products and managed installation teams nationwide. Jim received their education at West Valley College in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
