Het Thakkar has extensive experience in client relationship management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Client Relationship at vTech Solution Inc since June 2017, with previous roles including Manager, Associate Manager, Lead, and Senior Client Relationship Executive. Responsibilities include acting as a primary contact for the vendor liaison team across various sectors such as IT, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and light industrial, while delivering exceptional customer service and aligning with client objectives. Earlier career experiences include a summer internship at NPCIL in Kakrapar and a trainee position at Gujarat State Electricity Co. Ltd. Het Thakkar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from CHARUSAT, earned between 2013 and 2017.
