Alexandre Gusmao

Alexandre Gusmao is a seasoned product management professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Management at VTEX since November 2020, where Alexandre leads a global team of over 32 product managers and supports a cross-functional team of more than 250 people, driving the company's product vision and strategy. Prior to this role, Alexandre held key positions at Amazon, including Director of Product Management for Customer Behavior Analytics, and Senior Product Manager for Amazon Global & Expansion. Alexandre's earlier experience includes co-founding and heading product operations at Guide Investimentos, guiding the firm to significant growth, as well as roles at BI&P as a Corporate Credit Analyst and Project Manager. Alexandre holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science in Design Innovation from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, complemented by an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
