Isabel MacEdo

Isabel Macedo is a highly experienced professional in the field of e-commerce and commercial management, currently serving as a Senior Commerce Engineer and Senior Leader at VTEX since November 2021, responsible for ongoing client services for T1 and T2 customers. Prior to VTEX, Isabel held the position of Customer Excellence Manager at Americanas S.A., where responsibilities included managing cross-border category sales and investments. Isabel's background also includes significant roles at B2W Digital as a Buyer, managing sales goals and stock for the IT Accessories department, and earlier positions at Importadora Barrinhas and Embelleze in commercial assistance and international trade. Isabel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in E-commerce from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a specialization in Finance from COPPEAD Business School.
