Larissa Neves

Larissa Neves, CMX, currently serves as Head of Commerce Engineering T1/T2H and Head of People & Strategy at VTEX, where responsibilities include managing approximately 30 Enterprise client accounts and leading strategic projects to enhance account growth through optimal use of VTEX solutions. Previously, Larissa was a consultant at LN Planejamento Empresarial, delivering business plans and valuations across various sectors, and held senior management roles at Grupo Boticário, overseeing e-commerce and omnichannel project planning across multiple brands. Earlier career experience includes positions at Unilever and Ericsson, focusing on product planning and project management. Larissa holds an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV and an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from FEI.
