Marlon Ribeiro

Marlon Ribeiro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commerce engineering and customer success, currently serving as the Commerce Engineer Director at VTEX since August 2018. In this role, Marlon is responsible for the success of the platform's main grocery customers and has held various leadership positions that emphasize customer satisfaction, strategic account management, and driving growth. Previously, Marlon served as Head of E-commerce at Officina7 Fashion Store, where business plans were developed and implemented, and as Marketing Manager at Ótica Indaiá, focusing on strategic marketing planning and brand positioning. Marlon co-founded Estude em Londres Intercâmbios and founded the digital marketing agency Nolraw/DBD, gaining significant expertise in marketing strategy and communication. Marlon holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas.
