Christopher Kiser

Christopher Kiser is an experienced leader in submarine programs and nuclear maintenance with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Director of Submarine Programs at VT Group since June 2022, Kiser oversees installation teams responsible for maintenance and installations of critical technologies on U.S. submarines. Prior to this role, Kiser held multiple positions at Naval Reactors, including Department Head for Submarine Projects and Nuclear Maintenance, where leadership involved management of maintenance and testing of nuclear-powered submarines. Kiser's earlier roles include Quality Assurance Officer on the USS George Washington and Engineering Department Master Chief on the USS Louisville, showcasing a strong background in regulatory oversight, quality assurance, and operational management within the naval nuclear propulsion framework.
