Harish Kumar G has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Harish currently holds the position of Director - Business Development at Vtiger CRM, which they joined in 2020. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, they worked at Capillary Technologies in various roles including Director - Head, Emerging Business and Director - Alliances & Partnerships. During their tenure at Capillary Technologies, Harish achieved significant growth in order book, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Harish also led a team of 50 members across sales and customer success functions and forged strategic alliances with global partners such as Microsoft and Amazon.

Before joining Capillary Technologies, Harish worked at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2016 as the Global Head - Enterprise Sales & Account Management. During their tenure, they successfully implemented a stock and sales visibility solution, acquiring over 100 new customers and generating significant revenue through a partner-led sales strategy.

Prior to that, Harish served as a Senior Manager - Pre-Sales & Account Management at Vedha Automations Pvt Ltd from 1998 to 2006. In this role, they led the pre-sales function for enterprise retail chains and provided end-to-end retail IT consulting solutions to a portfolio of clients. Harish also managed a team and a large base of enterprise retail customers.

Harish started their career as an Information System Executive at Wilkinson Sword India Pvt Ltd (Gillette) from 1997 to 1998. Harish led the development and implementation of an ERP system and managed IT infrastructure at the Mysuru plant.

Their early work experience includes a role as an EDP Executive at CDR Medical Centre from 1993 to 1997.

Harish Kumar G obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Science from Bangalore University between the years 1990 and 1993. Following this, they pursued Information Technology at NIIT University from 1994 to 1997, completing their degree as a Graduate in the National Institute of Information Technology (GNIIT). In 2010, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they received a certification in Supply Chain Visibility.
