Dylan Lloyd

Dylan Lloyd is a seasoned professional in educational strategy and instructional design, currently serving as the Manager of Product Education at VTS since February 2021. This role involves establishing educational strategies for a variety of training platforms, supervising a team of content creators, and overseeing the development of certification programs and Help Center articles for a large user base. Dylan has extensive experience in creating e-learning courses, managing user enrollments, and providing professional development. Previous roles include Instructional Design Manager and Training Associate at VTS, Residence Director at the University of Minnesota, and various positions within university residence life. Dylan holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Learning Analytics from American University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
