Whitney Ryan

Whitney Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Whitney began their career as an Account Coordinator at Cross Marketing in 2010 before moving on to work as a Personal Assistant for a private individual from February 2011 to July 2011.

In 2011, Whitney held multiple roles simultaneously. Whitney worked as a Server at The Outermost Inn and as a Director at Book-A-Boat. Whitney remained in these positions until 2014.

Whitney joined Hightower Inc. in December 2015 as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing leasing and asset management platforms for the commercial real estate industry. In April 2015, they transitioned to a role in Customer Success, supporting and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their employment with Hightower Inc. ended in November 2016.

In December 2016, Whitney joined VTS as an Account Manager, handling real-time portfolio analytics for top landlords and brokerage firms. Whitney then progressed to become a Senior Client Advisor in October 2017, a role they held until November 2019. From November 2019 to August 2020, Whitney served as a Senior Client Advisor for VTS Market, before taking on the position of Senior Manager, Client Success from August 2020 to January 2021.

Whitney's career at VTS continued to progress, and they became Director of Client Success from January 2021 to December 2021. In January 2022, they were appointed Senior Director of Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Strategic Growth, a role they started in January 2023.

Whitney Ryan attended Stanford University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
