Mark Castillo

Mark Castillo has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and IT fields. Mark began their career in 2000 as a Support Analyst at West Telemarketing and subsequently worked as an IT/Billing specialist at Little Texans Childrens Rehabilitation in 2005. In 2007, they joined Small Business Computer Services as a Computer/Network Technician until 2009. During this time, they also started working as a Wireless Network Technician at Valley Telephone Cooperative Inc. (VTCP) and continued in this role until 2022. Mark then transitioned to a Network Manager-Wireless position at VTCP from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they joined VTX1 Companies as a Senior Manager Network Services and later became the Director of Network Operations in 2023.
