Josef Jankovský

Josef Jankovský has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources, engagement, marketing, and operations.

Josef is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vuch s.r.o., a position they started in July 2021.

Before that, Josef worked at Česká spořitelna, where they held several roles. Josef started as an Operations Specialist - SAU in May 2014 and worked until September 2016. Josef then became a Specialista operations III. - event, PR, CDS, where they were responsible for managing the culture development scorecard team and organizing various events for employees. Additionally, they were involved in the development of long-term student programs through workshops in collaboration with experts from Česká spořitelna and specialized employees from Operations. From September 2017, Josef took on the role of HR Specialist - Campus hiring, and later, in September 2018, they became an Engagement expert, focusing on HR marketing and employer branding.

Josef also has experience working at Sportlines as a Volnočasový pedagog from January 2011 to March 2013, and at Chovanec Media s.r.o. as a Copywriter from 2012 to 2013.

From 2010 to 2014, Josef Jankovský attended the University of Hradec Králové, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Vychovatelství se zaměřením na tělesnou výchovu a sport (Pedagogy with a specialization in physical education and sports).
