Arnold Chazal has an extensive work experience in the healthcare IT industry. Arnold co-founded VUEMED in 2008, a healthcare IT company specializing in inventory tracking and data management systems for hospitals and medical product manufacturers. As the CEO and co-founder, they developed the VueTrack ecosystem of RFID, mobile, and barcode scanning technologies, enabling hospitals to improve supply chain performance, transparency, and compliance. Arnold also played a key role in designing the user interface for data capture software and cloud reports. Prior to VUEMED, Arnold was a co-founder and managing partner at Kieris Solutions from 1999 to 2007. Arnold also served as the Vice President of Analytical Methods at SCA Consulting from 1997 to 1999, where they led business analyses for Fortune 500 clients and developed implementation plans for change management and process redesign. SCA Consulting was acquired by Tier Technologies in 1999.

Between 1991 and 1992, Arnold Chazal studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree (DEA) in Business Law, with a focus on Business Law and Economics.
