Eric Voss is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at VueReal Inc. since April 2025, Voss previously held the same title at Kenota Health from November 2021 to April 2025. Prior to that, Voss worked as a Program Manager at Avidbots Corp. and held various roles at Christie Digital Systems, including Program Manager and Technical Project Lead, among others, from July 2009 to November 2021. Earlier career experiences include mechanical engineering roles at Metris Canada, Bantrel, and COM DEV, focusing on design, analysis, and proposal generation. Voss holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a DEC in Pure & Applied Sciences from John Abbott College. Additionally, Voss is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
