Tim Baxter

Tim Baxter currently serves as the Chairman of VueReal Inc. and has held various significant leadership positions, including member of the Board of Directors at Breville and PAVmed Inc. Since February 2021, Tim has been the Lead Independent Director at First Orion and an Operating Partner at Centre Partners Management LLC. Tim has also chaired Alliance Mobile and previously chaired Tastemakers LLC while serving on the Board of Directors for several organizations. Tim's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Roger Williams University, where Tim later received an Honorary Doctorate in Business Management, alongside another Honorary Doctorate from South Carolina State University.
