Adam Chase has over 20 years of work experience. Adam began their career in 1997 as a Digital Prepress at Quad Graphics. Adam then worked at BOCH NEW TO YOU as a Parts Department Manager from 1999 to 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at Clay Subaru as a Parts Department Specialist and Parts Department Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining customer relations and supporting technicians with product and problem solving. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Mastria Subaru as a Parts Department Manager and was responsible for maintaining customer relations, supporting technicians with product and problem solving, and maintaining stock and supply. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at IRA TOYOTA as an Internal Service Advisor/Localized IT Support. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Assessment Compliance Group as an IT Program Administrator and SMS Software Advisor, consulting with customers on the practical use of SMS software and supporting them through various technical needs. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at BitSight as a Sr Technical Support Engineer. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at VUI, Inc. as a Sr. Technical Support and Success Engineer. Adam is currently employed at Recorded Future as a Senior Product Support Analyst.

Adam Chase has a diverse educational background. Adam attended NIPMUC REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL from 1992 to 1996 and obtained their High School Diploma. In 1995, they attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design for a Summer Session. From 2008 to 2009, they attended the Center For Digital Imaging Arts and obtained a CD in Graphic and Web Design. Adam also attended QUINSIGAMOND COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE from 1996 to 1997 for Liberal Arts. In 2015, they attended the Harvard Extension School for Computer Science. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a Certified Analyst certification from Recorded Future.
