Vulca Technologies is a Zimbabwe-based for-profit venture turning end-of-life vehicle tires into high-value rubber products, including interlocking paving bricks, car mats, and speed humps. By replacing the widespread practices of tire dumping and burning with a clean, scalable recycling process, Vulca directly tackles one of Africa's most overlooked pollution sources while building a profitable, circular economy business.

Our mission is to eliminate hazardous tire waste across Zimbabwe by converting it into durable, in-demand products for the construction and infrastructure sectors. We envision to become Southern Africa's leading tire-recycling enterprise, removing over 30,000 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere while proving that environmental restoration and profitability can grow hand in hand.
