Benoît Petin

Benoît has 25 years of banking experience in structured finance departments (real estate, leveraged buy-out, special situations) and in M&A, and actively participated in complex structuring on mid/large caps transactions.

More recently, Benoit advised third-party funds in real estate transactions and was president since 2018 of a real estate asset management company agreed by the AMF in France.

Prior to joining Vulcain, Benoit spent most of his career in the banking industry at PARIBAS in real estate and M&A department, and at RBS, co-leading the Leveraged Buy-Out team in Paris and leading the special situation department.
