Chris Casey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of Digital & Customer at Vulcan, where they lead the Digital and Customer practices. Prior to this role, they worked as a Director of Digital Strategy & Customer Experience at DNA Design, where they supported financial institutions and a wealth fund in their digital strategies. They also worked at KPMG Australia as a Manager of Digital Strategy & Customer Experience, partnering with organizations to re-imagine their CX and digital strategies. Chris Casey took a sabbatical in 2018 and previously held positions at EY, Kantar, The University of Auckland, Westpac, Frucor Beverages, and Bunnings.
