Chris Wright

Chris Wright has a diverse background in information technology and business solutions, holding various roles at Vulcan Materials Company since June 1998, currently serving as Director IT Business Partner - Commercial & Construction. In this capacity, Chris leads the Business Solutions team, acting as a liaison between business owners and technology, while also overseeing vendor relationships and negotiating system implementations. Previous positions at Vulcan include Manager of Sales and Logistics Solutions, Applications Manager, and Manager of Ad-Hoc and Plant Management Solutions. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cerner as a Programmer/Analyst from March 2001 to June 2005 and earlier as a Programmer at Vulcan from June 1998 to June 2001. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Troy University, completed between 1989 and 1993.
