Chet Wallenstein has extensive experience in the culinary field, having served as a Cook at Campagne Restaurant from 1999 to 2001. They advanced to the role of Sous Chef at Amelia Island Plantation from 2001 to 2003 and then became the Executive Chef at 1200 Bistro & Lounge, where they worked until 2007. Currently, they are the Head of Culinary Operations at Vulcan Inc., a position they have held since 2007. Chet earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute in 1999.
