Dennis Coplen

Dennis Coplen has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dennis started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Egghead Software in 1992. Following this, they worked as a Manager Technical Support at IQ Technologies from 1993 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Seattle Children's as a Webmaster and remained in that position until 1998. During this time, they gained experience in web systems administration. In 1998, Dennis joined Apex Learning (Vulcan LLC) as a Web Systems Administrator. Dennis then transitioned to Vulcan LLC, where they held various roles. Starting in 1999, they served as a Lead Web Systems and Database Administrator until December 2021. Subsequently, they became the Lead Applications, Services & Systems Administrator in January 2022. At Vulcan LLC, they witnessed the company's significant growth from under one hundred employees to over seven hundred. Throughout their tenure, they worked on diverse projects involving various technologies, including space exploration, wildlife conservation, and underwater archaeology.

Dennis Coplen attended the University of Washington where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Prior to that, they attended William Winlock Miller High School (Olympia High School), but the degree obtained and field of study pursued during that time are unknown.
