Miguel E. Rodriguez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Miguel E. started their career in the US Navy as an AMS - Aviation Structural Mechanic, serving for 14 years and gaining experience in fixing aircraft and leading teams. After their service, they joined Mesa Airlines as an AMT - Lead Inspector.

Miguel E. then transitioned to Gulfstream International Airlines/Continental Connection, where they held the position of Vice President/Director of Maintenance. Miguel E. continued to progress in their career, taking on the role of Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering at Colgan Air and then Vice President/Director of Maintenance at Big Sky Airlines.

Miguel's next career move was as the Director of Maintenance at Caribbean Sun Airlines, where they worked for two years before joining Vulcan LLC. At Vulcan LLC, they initially served as the Director of Aircraft Maintenance, responsible for overseeing the maintenance of various aircraft types. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Aviation at Vulcan LLC.
