Monique Erickson

Monique Erickson has extensive work experience in human resources. Monique started their career at Pacific Pipeline as a Human Resources Manager in 1992. After that, they worked at Philips Medical Systems and Vitessa Corporation as a Human Resources Manager and Director respectively. In 2002, they joined JP Morgan Chase (formerly WaMu) as a Senior Vice President in Human Resources, where they worked until 2009. Monique then worked at Bill Gates Investments as the Head of Human Resources from 2010 to 2012. Monique later became a Senior Human Resources Consultant at ELC Resources before joining Vulcan Inc. in 2014 as the Human Resources Director.

Monique Erickson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Western Washington University.
