Vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, recurrent infections, vaginismus, etc. : 15% of women and people with vulva suffer from chronic vulvar pain. To help them in their medical pathway, we created :
- a healthbook app, to track and analyse pain over time, and the factors of influence (habits, daily life, sexuality, treatments)
- a 3-month support program, to learn the exercices and daily habits to become a primary actor of their own vulvar care.
