Our firm was created when our founding partner left a well-known Bay Street law firm in the 1990s to start his own practice. His vision was to create a law firm that provides clients with all the benefits and expertise found in a large downtown law firm but in a congenial uptown setting.

We have represented some of the largest financial institutions and corporations as well as small and medium-sized businesses and individuals over the years in addressing their legal needs.
